Characteristics
The Pneumatic Vacuum Feeder is used compressed air through vacuum parts
to make a high vacuum condition to transfer the material,it doesn't used
the machinery pump,so it has the simple structure,with small volume,lower noisy,
convenient controlling,it could eliminate static and doesn't need repair,The machine
is according with GMP .The high vacuum condition is avoided layered phenomena,

When the compressed air input to the vacuum motor,the vacuum motor could make
the negative pressure and has the vacuum airflow.The material could absorb into
the feeder,and through tube into feeder chamber.The filter could separate the air
and the material.When chamber is full,the controller will cut the air supply automatically,
the vacuum motor will stop,at the same time the chamber door will open and the material
will into the funnel.While the compressed air will through impulse valve to cleaning
the filter automatically.When the time is ready or sensor will give the signal,the feeder
will start automatically.
