Water Spray Retort
Water Spray Retort
1. The premium spray retorts allow for pasteurization with minimum process water, direct heating and indirect cooling, and no touch between cooling water and process water, successfully avoiding secondary contamination.
2. The noise of the water rain retorts is extremely low, creating a quiet and comfortable working environment.
3. The water spray retorts also boast perfect pressure control. During the whole processing procedure, the pressure is constantly adjusted to adapt to the changing pressure inside product package. They ideally keep package deformation to a minimum, well suitable for gas packaging and two-piece can packaging.
4. The advanced and stable Siemens PLC control system ensures our clients are able to timely locate replacement parts of the batch retorts across the world, reducing downtime.
5. The sterilization equipment makes it convenient to configure automatic corollary equipment for unmanned food workshops in the future.
6. There are two kinds of doors for your choice, namely top door and side door (optional).
7. The whole sterilization process adopts PLC fully automatic linearity control. Via the PLC control, the temperature difference of thermal distribution is limited within ±0.5°C. The autoclave sterilizers allow for multi-stage heating, effectively saving energy. It also has an additional F value recorder (optional), capable of storing 100 scheduled processes.

1. Hot water is stored in upper kettle and food heating is very rapid.2. Due to full water immersion, heat can penetrate into products all around.3. Products can avoid air contact during the whole process, leading to zero cold air in kettle. The optimized water circulating system ensures balanced heat distribution in kettle.4. Peak pressure value can be avoided by controlling back pressure via stream inlet and outlet, largely reducing packaging material damage.5. Smooth and rapid cooling helps avoid thermal shock and peculiar smell.6. The water immersion retorts incorporate fully-automatic control system. The whole sterilization process is totally controlled by computerized PLC, allowing you to get everything done at one time without manual operation.7. The water immersion sterile equipment also integrates the function of F value measurement, but the F value tester is optional.8. Newly-designed fluid switch device successfully keeps cold point in kettle to a minimum and temperature accuracy for sterilization within ±0.5 °C, effectively avoiding over-steaming and halfway sterilization.9. After being welded and assembled, the inner rotor is one-time molded in machining center, so as to ensure the concentricity between the rotor and axis of the rotor in rotating.Baskets are compressed separately by cylinders which are made of alloy.It solves the problem of inaccuracy reset of the cylinders with spring and the problem of inaccuracy reset of the cylinders with spring and the problems of seal deformation, air leakage and other defects under the condition of high temperature and pressure.Rotating speed adopts frequency converting control, which allows users to adjust the rotating speed of the rotor according to the viscosity of the product at any time so as to ensure product in not hierarchical and sedimentary.
